If you haven’t already, please choose an unfinished guitar (or finished guitar in stock) and indicate your own custom specifications.

Step Two:

You’ll receive a quote by email (or phone, if preferred), typically with 24 hours during the business week.

Step Three:

Send us an email or call us at 615-400-4001 to confirm that you want to purchase your guitar. In turn, we’ll confirm that guitar is still available (and if not you can choose another), the order specifications, and order amount, plus shipping.

Step Four:

You can pay for your Jaros guitar by credit or debit card: MasterCard, Visa, Diner’s Club or American Express – or by eCheck, directly from your bank account (only U.S. customers). Call 615-400-4001 to provide your information or complete this form and fax it to 615-221-9085 . We will email you a confirmation of your credit or debit card/eCheck order and begin building your guitar (or will immediately ship a finished guitar if you’ve chose one).

Or you can pay for your Jaros guitar by personal check, certified check, money order or AFT from your bank to ours. Once your payment is received (and the case of a personal check, when it’s cleared), we’ll confirm by email or phone and will begin building your guitar (or will immediately ship a finished guitar if you’ve chosen one).

Note that if you are ordering a custom Jaros electric guitar as a gift for someone else and do not know the guitar specifications desired, you can pay an estimated amount and receive a Jaros Gift Certificate entitling the recipient to place a custom order.

You’ll have a hard time getting a true USA-made custom guitar from another guitar maker in less than several months. It’s taken us a number of years of building on the original Jaros design <> to figure out how to get one in customer’s hands a LOT sooner than later—usually within a few weeks.*

*Note that if request a special finish or component(s) not on our Styles/Components list, the time frame will likely be substantially longer.

Money Back Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Jaros electric guitar, we’ll refund your money in total (minus shipping charges). No one else in the business provides such a guarantee.

The guitar must still be in mint "showroom new" condition and you must notify us via fax or email of your intent to return your guitar within 7 days of your delivery. Return the guitar to us within 30 days of your delivery, and you’ll receive your refund by check within 30 days of our receipt of the guitar. If you need anything changed on your Jaros guitar or want to order another model (with other components) instead, you can return your guitar to Jaros. We’ll make the changes or make you another guitar and ship it to you usually within 30 days (after receipt of the original guitar). If there are additional costs (due to new components, etc) for the re-order, that amount needs to be paid before work begins.
